2N Helios IP – Cisco CallManager
SIP Video configuration between Cisco CallManager 9.1.2 and the last version of Helios IP.
Tested with phones: 8961, 9951 and Jabber for iPhone
Below are some screenshot of our infrastructure, these are the brief of steps:
- create SIP user with password in end-user CUCM;
- create a SIP device with the MAC address of your Helios IP;
- select the previous created user as owner of device;
- assign one line and in the botton select the SIP user;
- don’t forget to apply and reset device.
